Reservation and Inquiries should be addressed to our email . Reservation should be made as early as possible with detailed arrival and departure dates, itinerary, flight schedule and group size etc. We are of course ready to answer any kind of questions you might have regarding your trip


Reservations or Inquiries are usually confirmed by return. When immediate confirmation is not possible, we will contact you to inform you of the status of you booking.


Full payment by Bank Transfer is required at least one weeks before the beginning of our service at the first destination point. For the services contracted, advance payment of 20% is required to hold the booking. Payment should be made to our account as follows:

Cancellations fees are two-folds: a fix part of the tour price covering the work of the guide previous to your arrival (research, organization..etc) and a varying part that might be charged to you by airlines, unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, train ticket, guide services or others contractors with whom agreement have been made. There will be no refund.

Refund Policy

Refund of the utilized services, if cancelled in advance and paid for, will be made to the owner of the credit card or bank account used for the payment. Actual amount will be refunded after working out the figure on the basis of cancellation rules given above. Please be informed that the refund process may take from 2-4 weeks due to lengthy banking process. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges will be debited from the refund amount.

Travel Insurance

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. We advise that participants should buy insurance at the time you book the flight and/or tour. All baggages & personal property’s at all times are at the client’s risk.
