You have a question for us… ?

What is a guaranteed departure?

A guaranteed departure means that the tour will definitely operate on the day it is scheduled and will not be cancelled for lack of participation. We have been careful to offer a variety of fixed date group tours across our full range of regions and travel styles.
All guaranteed departures will run except in the event of a natural disaster or other similarly disruptive event that is beyond our control.

Can a guaranteed departure be cancelled?

While Java’s Beauty will make every attempt to operate a tour, we do reserve the right to cancel a tour, at any time, due to reasons beyond our control that might create unsafe or undesirable travel conditions.

How many person minimum for guaranteed departure ? (Special group Trip)

We aim to operate every tour regardless of whether it has been guaranteed or not, so it is very unlikely that a tour which has reached minimum numbers would be cancelled. The minimum numbers required to run our tours is 3 people to book.

What happens if I need to change or cancel my tour?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you must change or cancel your travel plans. Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing— fax or e-mail. We regret that we are unable to issue a full refund for cancellations. The cancellation fee generally depends on the length of notice, type of booking, and refund policies of our local providers. For more information, term and condition.

What if one of my scheduled activities is cancelled due to weather conditions or natural disaster?

In the event that a scheduled activity during your stay is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will offer alternatives at no additional costs.

What if I get ill or injured on the trip and unable to continue?

Our leaders are trained to deal with these situations and we will endeavour to get you help as quickly as possible. If you must leave the trip early due to illness, our local offices will help you find appropriate medical care and ensure someone at home is aware of the situation. We will do whatever we can to get you home or on your onward journey. Your travel insurance, which is compulsory on all our trips, should cover any costs incurred if illness occurs.

What is the best time of year to travel? What is the weather expected to be like in my chosen destination at the time I want to travel?

In our home page on our website we provide guidelines on the best time to travel to major cities in each Java’s Beauty destination.
For more general weather information we suggest you visit http://www.wunderground.com

Do you offer a discount for children?

We offer discounts for children for most tourist services published on this site. The discount depends on the age of the child and on the type of service being offered.
Under 7 years old Child FREE and Under 12 years old 25 % of adult price.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is compulsory for all Java’s Beauty travellers and should be taken out at the time of booking. At a minimum, your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability, with a minimum coverage of US$200,000. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. You will need to confirm to your Tour Leader that you are covered by a travel insurance policy at the start of the tour. For this reason, your original insurance policy must be carried with you on tour. If you are unable to provide this information at the start of your tour, you will not be able to join the trip with us.

What should I pack?

This is a very frequently asked question but of course it depends entirely on your destination, the season you’re travelling in and the activites you’ll participate in. The most important thing to pack is your sense of humour because this can get you through any situation – including lost luggage!.
Some tours require sleeping bags – this will be indicated on the tour dossier. Bring comfortable, hardy, waterproof shoes and waterproof clothing for outdoor activities, e.g. trekking. Bring long, light clothing for hot destinations and countries where you’ll encounter conservative attitudes to dress.

How do I organise my Visa?

Please contact the relevant local embassy, or visit a travel agent, to organise your visa/s.
Also you can buy the visa on arrival in international Airport.

What are the medical and vaccination requirements?

Medical and vaccination requirements differ between nations and as we are not medical practitioners, we unfortunately cannot advise on this issue. Please see your local GP or travel doctor for details and advice about current vaccination requirements.
